Walk & Talk is a casual meetup for pregnant people and parents in Cologne where we go for walks together, get some fresh air, and enjoy some community. It's all about exercise, connection, and a little break from everyday life – no registration required and free of charge.

The session will be held in German and English, depending on the participants.

Birth Space by Doula Jules in Köln offers a two-day intensive birth prep course in English empowering pregnant individuals and partners. Day 1 covers uterine physiology, labor stages, comfort measures, partner roles, breathing techniques, and hypnobirthing exercises. Day 2 covers labor positions, pain management tools, newborn care basics, breastfeeding support, and postpartum recovery. Guided meditations and birth plan creation build confidence for childbirth and beyond. Hands-on practice.
