Pregnancy support should be shaped around you — not around a fixed program. In my 1:1 sessions, I support you through this special time with exactly the topics that are relevant to you right now.

We talk about your questions, worries, and expectations around pregnancy and birth. I help you make informed decisions, clarify your wishes, and prepare for birth both mentally and physically.

Depending on your needs, we can:

create a birth plan that reflects your values and priorities
talk through options and processes within the German maternity care system
meaningfully involve your partner in the preparation
integrate movement, birth-preparatory exercise, and bodywork
try out different birth positions and discover what feels right for you
learn breathing, relaxation, and focus techniques
design your very own labor candle — as an anchor for calm, trust, and inner strength

Accompaniment to doctor or midwife appointments (for example as a translator or to support conversations) can also be part of your pregnancy support.

Every pregnant person has a healthy respect for the birth process. Many people worry whether the breathing techniques taught in childbirth classes will be enough to control the pain. All the advice from well-meaning people around us doesn't always help. As a doula, I take the time to get to know you personally during your pregnancy . This way, I can help you create a customized birth plan that includes multiple scenarios so you feel optimally prepared for the birth.

During labor—whether in the hospital, birthing center, or at home—I'll be there to provide you with one-on-one support . In addition to helping with positioning, breathing, etc. , it's also my role to ensure that your wishes are taken seriously by the medical staff and that you feel free to trust your body . I can also accompany you during your first breastfeeding session , because the first hour after birth is incredibly important for developing a positive breastfeeding relationship!
