Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the English Birth Prep Intensive Course. These Terms & Conditions govern your enrollment in and participation in my course. By signing up and paying any portion of the course fee, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Enrollment and Eligibility

To enroll, you must complete my signup form and pay the applicable fees via PayPal or other accepted methods.
You represent and warrant that you meet any prerequisites or eligibility requirements listed on the course description page.

3. Fees and Payment

The total fee for the course is 300€, payable in full at the time of enrollment.
Payment must be made in one transaction via the payment options provided (e.g., PayPal).
Enrollment is not confirmed until I receive full payment and you receive a confirmation email.

4. Refund Policy

You may request a partial refund equal to 50% of the payed amount if you cancel your enrollment at least one month (30 days) before the course start date. To initiate a refund, email me at [support@yourdomain.com] with your name, enrollment date, and payment confirmation number.
No refunds will be issued if you cancel less than one month (fewer than 30 days) before the course start date or after the course has begun.
All refund requests will be processed within 14 business days of receipt and credited back via the original payment method.

5. Course Access and Delivery

All course materials will be provided during the in-person weekend sessions and delivered as downloadable files when necessary.
I reserve the right to modify the course schedule, content, or instructors with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property Intellectual Property

All course content is my exclusive property and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may download and print materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or resale of course content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Code of Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully in all interactions within the course community. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
I reserve the right to remove any participant who violates the code of conduct without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the course.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cologne, Germany.

10. Amendments

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, I will post the revised version on my website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
